Samchully Workholding products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery, provided the product is used normally and properly by the original purchaser. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect and are subject to inspection and approval by Samchully. If a defect is confirmed, Samchully may repair or replace the affected equipment or parts.
