Application:

The HCH Series Power Chuck is Samchully’s trusted standard for general-purpose turning. With its open-center design, the HCH-15 offers flexibility for bar work and through-hole applications, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of turning operations. Ideal for CNC lathes and turning centers, it delivers consistent performance and dependable clamping in both high- and low-volume production settings.

Technical Features:

Built with an open-center body for through-spindle operations, the HCH-15 provides a large through-hole diameter for bar feeding and shaft machining. This 3-jaw chuck offers a jaw stroke of up to 10.6mm and a maximum gripping force of 180kN, making it capable of handling heavy-duty clamping with precision. Engineered from hardened alloy steel for strength and longevity, the chuck is balanced for high-speed rotation and supports top RPM ratings while minimizing vibration. It’s compatible with standard hydraulic cylinders and available with a wide range of top jaws for versatile workholding.
