Application:

The HCT-06 is a specialized 2-jaw closed-center power chuck engineered for precise clamping of irregular, non-cylindrical, or thin-walled workpieces—especially square, rectangular, or asymmetric parts. The closed-center design minimizes internal contamination, making it ideal for clean machining environments such as vertical lathes and milling-turn centers.

Technical Features:

The HCT-06 features a rigid, closed-center body that protects internal components from chips and coolant, ensuring consistent clamping force and longer service life. Its 2-jaw configuration enables gripping of square or odd-shaped parts with precision and stability. The chuck offers a jaw stroke of 8.5mm, a maximum gripping force of 35kN, and supports speeds up to 5,500 RPM. Designed for smooth, high-speed operation, the chuck body is manufactured from durable alloy steel and balanced to reduce vibration. The HCT-06 supports integration with standard hydraulic cylinders, offering a reliable solution for specialty turning applications that demand both power and part geometry flexibility.
