The HS Series Power Chuck is a standard, wedge-style 3-jaw open-center chuck designed for high-speed machining applications. Ideal for general-purpose turning across a variety of industries, this series delivers dependable performance and precision clamping for both bar work and shaft work.

Engineered with a durable wedge mechanism, the HS Series ensures strong and consistent clamping force transmission. The open-center design allows for through-hole machining, accommodating bar-fed operations and shaft components. With precision-hardened core components and optimized jaw stroke ranges (up to 10.5mm), the HS Series maintains chuck longevity and reliable performance—even at high spindle speeds. Available in sizes ranging from 135mm to 304mm diameter, the HS Series supports thru-hole sizes up to Ø91mm and max gripping forces up to 144kN. Compatible with standard rotary hydraulic cylinders for flexible and seamless machine integration.
