Engineered with a durable wedge mechanism, the HST Series ensures strong and consistent clamping force transmission. The open-center design allows for through-hole machining, accommodating bar-fed operations and shaft components. With precision-hardened core components and optimized jaw stroke ranges (up to 10.6mm), the HST Series maintains chuck longevity and reliable performance—even at high spindle speeds. Available in sizes ranging from 165mm to 304mm diameter, the HS Series supports thru-hole sizes up to Ø91mm and max gripping forces up to 96kN. Compatible with standard rotary hydraulic cylinders for flexible and seamless machine integration.
