Application:

The Samchully IDF Series Self-Centering Power Chuck is engineered for high-precision clamping of thin-walled or easily deformable components. Its specialized 2+2 jaw configuration ensures consistent four-point contact, evenly distributing clamping force and maintaining concentricity. Ideal for delicate workpieces that require secure ID holding, the IDF chuck minimizes distortion while maximizing accuracy and process stability.

Technical Features:

The IDF Series chuck features a radial jaw stroke of 5.2mm to 9.7mm with 2mm of built-in compensation to automatically adapt to minor inconsistencies in bore size or roundness. A range of 10 - 20mm plunger stroke provides smooth, responsive actuation, while the chuck’s 100 - 160kN maximum gripping force ensures secure holding under demanding machining conditions. Fully compatible with standard hydraulic cylinders, the IDF Series is a plug-and-play solution for shops looking to expand their clamping capabilities without complex configurations.
