Application:

The MH Series Mega-Bore Power Chuck is purpose-built for applications requiring large through-hole capacity—ideal for bar feeding, oil and gas components, and heavy-duty turning operations. With its open-center design and oversized bore, the MH Series allows for the easy passage of larger workpieces and bar stock. Engineered for high clamping force and stable performance at elevated RPMs, it’s the go-to choice for shops demanding both power and throughput.

Technical Features:

Featuring a massive through-hole design, the MH-206 offers exceptional clearance for oversized material while maintaining optimal balance for high-speed operation. The jaw stroke range reaches up to 6.4mm, delivering powerful clamping with a maximum gripping force of up to 175kN. Built from high-strength alloy steel and heat-treated for longevity, the chuck ensures rigid, repeatable performance. Compatible with standard rotary hydraulic cylinders, the MH Series offers flexible mounting and integration across a wide range of turning centers.
