Samchully Workholding products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery when used under normal operating conditions by the original purchaser. If a defect is discovered during the warranty period, written notice must be provided within thirty (30) days of discovery. Upon inspection and verification of the defect, Samchully Workholding may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, accidents, or the use of non-Samchully components that contribute to product failure. The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs associated with returning and receiving warranty items. Warranty claims must be approved by Samchully Workholding prior to any repair work being performed.
