The QJC Series Power Chuck is purpose-built for fast jaw swaps, enabling shops to drastically reduce setup time and increase throughput. Ideal for high-mix, low-volume production environments or job shops that regularly change part sizes, this closed-center chuck allows for jaw changes in secondswithout removing the chuck or losing accuracy. Whether machining small batches or switching between part families, the QJC-212 helps keep spindles running longer and more efficiently.
Technical Features:
Equipped with Samchully Quick Jaw Change mechanism, the QJC-212 enables fast, repeatable jaw replacement without the need for realignment. Its closed-center body minimizes coolant and chip intrusion for long-term reliability. The 12" chuck provides a jaw stroke of up to 16mm and delivers a maximum clamping force of 160kN while supporting spindle speeds up to 3,600RPM. Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, the QJC-212 integrates easily with standard hydraulic cylinders and is compatible with industry-standard soft and hard jaws.
